What is your favorite Italian dish or food? Do you just like good ol pasta? Perhaps you prefer a Veal or Chicken dish?
I’m a pasta person myself, I love a good yummy tasting pasta with lots of rich flavor in it. The type of pasta that is so good you take your dinner roll/bread after you’ve finished the pasta and clean the remainder of the sauce from the bottom of your bowl. Yum!

I too am a big pasta fan. However; when I eat Italian out, I enjoy veal piccata or marsala, eggplant parm or seafood with pasta (fruitta d’ mare).

Best Italian food I ever had was pasta with olive oil, fresh garlic and basil. That’s it. Can’t remember what it was called but it was pure indulgence.

Bruschetta and Capressi Salad (Mozerella, Tomatoes, Fresh Basil). All with extra-virgin olive oil. Italian food should be about fresh ingredients, simple prepartion, and love.

I am very partial when it comes to italian food because my grandparents on my dad’s side came from Italy. My Mom learned from my Grandmother. Very delicious.
