question about fat free cheese??

I bought some fat free cheese for my roomate who is on a diet,she weighs 260 lbs..i have been giving her 1/4 a cup at breakfast with her egg beaters eggs.why does this cheese not really melt well and if you get it to melt it melts into a blob and is not stringy like regular cheese???
larva just cuz she is fat does not mean she cant eat..she is trying to become a healthy person after years of opression by food…ur prolly ugly

      tht happens because there's less fat in it. And larva…everybody has to eat no matter how heavy they are. tnx come again.
