approably around 10 or maybe more pounds if you just started off. But do keep in mind this is a bad diet and you wouldn't be getting enough nutrition from all of your food groups with just sticking to veggies and fruits.

I'm sure you could loose 10 lbs or so in a months time, however, I think you should google it and do some research. You need to make sure you are getting all the nutrients that you need, that you're eating enough, etc.
If you're dead set on this iead…I'd suggest taking your diet to more like 80% fruits and veggies and 20% healthy meats, dairy and grains.

Probably not much at all, because you would be craving things like bread, rice, meat etc within a very short time and you would 'bust' and end up overeating all the wrong things.
Forget the 'fad' diets.Eat a balanced diet, lots of fruit and veg, some good carbs-wholemeal/wholegrain bread, pasta.Brown rice, beans, lentils etc.Lean meat, fish.Skim milk, low fat cheeses.Eggs.Cut back on processed sugars.Cut down on fats-use olive oil(in moderation)Forget cakes, biscuits, fried foods for a while.Drink lots and lots of water, and get plenty of exercise.
Remember- you can't keep up a ridiculous diet forever. As soon as you go back to eating like you normally do, the weight will come right back on, and probably more.Aim for long term, sensible changes in eating habits that are reasonable and realistic. Good luck.
