recipe for sweet cream cheese icing for cinnamon rolls?

  250 gramme tub cream cheese
  4 heaped tablespoons confectioners sugar
  1 or 2 tsp ground Cinnamon

  Beat together and spread over buns.

  mix cream cheese with sugar

  this is my own resipe. i dont use it on cinnamon rolls. i use it on bread. but still.

  1 orange
  as much cottage cheese as you like.

  squeeze out orange's juice and mix into the cottage cheese.

  1/4 cup butter, softened
  1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
  1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1/8 teaspoon salt
