So why do you think you get fortune cookies with Chinese food? Maybe for soaking up all that salt?

cause they are cheap for the restaurant to buy, but they know we americans love getting them and reading our fortune. they know we will keep coming back for those little white papers so neatly tucked away inside a semi-sweet semi-flavorful crisp cookie shell. so there is a big payoff for the restaurant with little expenditure.

How about to cheer you up and make you smile???
Salt - - If you find the food tasty why worry about salt..
the nonsense over "ohh ooh!!!" spooky spooky bad salt
then why take salt tablets on hot days - - you just pe it out if you can't use it..
