all female eggs are made before the female is born and replication stops. this means that females have a set numbers of eggs that they can use before they can no longer breed. males however produce new sperm cells as the progenitor cells are still present. - simple answer
other factors that may contribute to this
- female egg is larger and is needed to provide energy for the embryo for the first 5 days before it implants in the uterus. higher energy demands
- females dont actually produce 1 egg a month, rather they mature a few of the eggs they have stored in their ovaries and secrete the strongest one (or sometimes two in the case of non-identical twins)
there are others but it's really not relavent just know that all female eggs are produced before birth and are released one at a time. It ties with hormone production of the female and plays a role in mediating the ovarian cycle and maintaining a pregnancy once it occured.
IT IS A MATTER OF HUMAN SEXUALITY . WHEN THE BODY HAS SEX , IT ASSUMES IT IS FOR PROCREATION ESPECIALLY IF THERE IS NO PROTECTION . THE MALE BODY WILL PRODUCE ABOUT 400 - 500
MILLION SPERM CELLS FOR ONE FEMALE EGG , BECAUSE THE MALE HAS TO PRODUCE AT LEAST THAT MANY TO GIVE THE FEMALE ANY CHANCE THAT THE SPERM SELLS WILL BE ENOUGH TO GET TO THE EGG AND INSIDE . tHE FEMALE PRODUCES ONLY EGG, BECAUSE ONE PRODUCTIVE EGG THAT IS PROPERLY FERTILIZED CAN PRODUCE A BABY.
