I’m not vegetarian but eat a lot of vegetarian food (due to the mrs) and yeah indian veg is awesome. I think because it uses a lot of legumes, lentils and spices so is rich in flavour
ive been a veggie since i was 6 years old im now 24. i love indian food, there is so much variety and tastes alot more exciting than bland quorn! its fully of calories tho so need to go easy maybe once a fortnight? oh yeah!

I do love vegetarian indian food, if it’s not too spicy
