if you are a vegetarian, do you or any of your vegetarian friends wear wool?

    I’m not a vegetarian, but I have a friend that is, and she wears wool.
    I think you’re getting vegetarians mixed up with vegans.

    I do…I would never wear leather or any kind of fur though.

    vegetarians just don’t kill animals so most of us wear wool
    vegans don’t use/eat/wear any animal products so they may not wear it

    vegans = no animal products
    vegetarians= no meat

    very different.
    Vegetarians like me usually don’t mind wearing wool because it does not harm the sheep to take the wool.

    Unlike leather, which you have to kill an animal to get.

    I don't, and neither do my family, even though I'm the only vegetarian in my family. It might have more to do with us all being allergic to it, though. I wouldn't wear it anyway, if I wasn't allergic. I know the sheep isn't actually 'harmed' from it, I just don't wear animal materials.
