Verizon LG Chocolate prolem?

I have currently have an LG Chocolate phone. Recently, I was trying to download a song to my phone and it didn't work so I stopped the sync. When I did that, my phone froze up and wouldn't turn off. So I took out the battery then put it back in. After it was in, it showed the verizon logo for a few seconds, turned black, then would do it again. Then I couldn't stop it so I took my battery out again. When I tried charging it, it did the same thing. What do I do? Will it cost money me money for Verizon to fix/replace my phone?
I dont have insurrance on my phone though

      hey!!!!!
      yur phone does have a problem and no u will not be chargd for someone to fix it. if u can show them that it doesn't work they will replace it or fix it for free

      Take it in to the Verizon store & they will look at it, and fix it/give you a new phone. It shouldn't cost you money, they normally will replace it for free. Good luck! =)
