Cheese/chilli pepper cornbread. Actually it is pretty good.
The pepper will spice the cornbread up, and really give it a good flavor, if you like spicy food. The cheese, will mellow out the intensity of the chilli peppers.
Just prepare the cornbread as the box suggests; slice peppers into small pieces then fold in the cut peppers into the cornbread. For the cheese, you can either melt the cheese and pour into batter, or you can cut the cheese into small chunks and add to batter. Then just cook the cornbread per the box instructions.
If you really like cheese, save some cheese to put on top of the cornbread, add the cheese about 2-3 minutes just before the cornbread is done, then you will have some just slightly browned cheese on the top of the cornbread.
Mmm, i have an idea, if you have ketchup, toast the bread, then spread on the ketchup, then put in some grated cheese and chopped chili’s, grill it, so the cheese is melted, and they you have it a mini spicy pizza!! Or you can do the same without the ketchup :)!

You can make AWESOME cheddar chili cornbread! Just finely dice the peppers and mix the peppers and cheese with the cornbread mix (after you make the mix). Bake according to the package recipe. It’s so good you’ll make it again and again.

Chili cheese bread you just mix the chopped green chilis and cheddar cheese together with the corn bread mix.
Bake it and then if you desire sprinkle some cheese on top.
