I love Grey Goose. Not sure if it's the best but so far it's the best for me :)

    best flavor? non-flavor? or bargain?

best for virtually no flavor and being great as a mixer or strait:
Tito’s Own Handmade Vodka as others have said, made in Austin, so its fairly reasonable in cost too.

best bargain vodka? probably Phillips, its made in MN and distilled 4 times, which is as much as many fancier ones. wouldn’t drink it on its own, but not bad in a mixer.

It depends on what kind of vodka you are looking for, cheap, flavored or pricey. As far as cheap vodka I prefer Smirnoff, great for the price. Mid-range Stoli and any of there flavors. Higher priced I think Ciroc is the best out there right now. It is distilled from grapes and super smooth. So if you are mixing your vodka go a little cheaper, for martinis go with Ciroc. One of my fav’s for mixing when I’m drinking vodka is 3 Olives Grape with Sprite, yyuuuummmm.
