Doesn’t really matter what grain the bread is made of, it matters what preservatives are in it. An in store made bread will mold faster than one shipped to the store, your best bet is looking at the best before dates and finding the one with the shortest shelf life. Wonderbread takes FOREVER to mold since it’s one of the breads with the highest levels of preservatives in it to keep it nice and soft for days and days.

use the one with the least amount of preservatives like organic bread, or the store baked bread

but i dont think it will mold overnight….. sorry

your not going to get mold in that amount of time. the best bet is to go to grocery stores and ask if they have old bread. Or better yet look in the dumpsters outside bakeries.

the fastest growing bread would be organic wheat bread. Since it contains the outer hull of the wheat bran it means it also contains mold spores. So you could grow mold faster. but it won’t happen over night.

    I’d suggest changing your project.
