Hard to tell but conception normally takes up to two weeks. Because sperm have 3 jobs. Fight defend and sit back and book it if they see an oppertunity. Sperm are little fighters man they like war and they love there prize more lol,

I heard on a documentary it takes about 2 days for the semen to get to the egg, and just over a day for the egg to get to the uterus.
