dynamite rolls,california rolls,BC Roll (which is salmon) and cucumber roll.
And I love Chicken teriyaki, prawn&yam tempura =)

My favorite Sushi is tuna and I really like the rolls that have lots of Tobiko fish eggs and dip it into soy sauce and wasabi. Terryaki is pretty good with hot sauce on it. Some Sake and a bottle of Kirin beer on the side makes it a perfect Japanese meal.
