Will you get any more or less protein if you eat just one part, like just the egg white or just the egg yolk? Or heck, even the egg shell?

protien is in the egg whites. There are a lot of calories in the yolk.

Hey the egg whites have a 100% protein in them. Awesome for muscle gain. The yolk has lots fat and cholesterol however you get vitamins and minerals in them.

there is a little more protein in the egg white than in the egg yolk although if you eat them both, you will intake
more.
