I’m 16 and weight about 151 i have some fat on my ab and chest just alittle. I’m trying to lose those fat and bulid up some muscle, so what product is good for me Whey protein or muscle milk.

Lifting weights, I hope? check the link for some routines.
Haven't tried Muscle Milk, but I've gotten good results with Whey. Tried a variety. They're all good. But unless you're doing a serious bit of lifting, dont waste your money. If you just want to get fit, eat healthy regular meals & skip the junk.

whey protein has less calories in it so you won’t get bloated stomach which is what alot of high calorie shakes can cause. whey protein is lower in calories and will get you leaner and building muscle quick, but to get the best results you need to be consuming 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight so if you are 151lbs then you need to consume 151g of protein per day, i know this may sound alot but if you are taking shakes aswell it makes it much easier to achieve.

Don’t believe the hype with Muscle milk and similar products! If they all taste really good there is a reason why….Artificial sweeteners, fillers and additives. I made the mistake of taking “Cutting edge supper products” but, I prefer to go with a pure whey product! Good luck!!
