I don't understand it and please take it seriously. I don't know if it's salt or cheese. But it's causing me not to lose the few pounds that I need to. I will be out and crave a pizza, or something cheese related. It's driving me crazy. I graze constantly and I always drift to food that has cheese on it. I don't know how to control it. I drink plenty of fluids and I'm not fat. I'm 39, 5'4 and weigh 129 lbs. But I feel guilty beyond belief after I consume the food. Please if anyone has an INTELLIGENT answer. I'm all ears..

Cravings like this means that you are missing something in your diet. In this case, it's probably calcium. Try drinking skim (or low-fat milk) instead and see if your craving subsides. Yogurt is a good choice also.

Your probably on too low of a fat diet. Craving cheese which is mostly fat would be your body's way of telling you that you need to increase both your calcium and fat comsumption

I'm the same way, and my friends and family look at me odd when I cover my pasta with a mound of parmasean cheese. Compared to other foods its not that bad for you, but if you wanna try to cut it have something else handy to much on so you're less hungry. Instead of provolone cheese and mozzarella cheese try other things with protein such as nuts, peanut butter, and deli meat.

I had the same problem.
Go to the library to pick up the book "The Yeast Connection" by
Dr. William G. Crook or any of his books. It will explain why you are
having these specific cravings. Also, I suggest you research the topic of
"Candida Albicans."

Cause cheese is da bomb!! Why wouldn't you crave it!
Honestly I don't know.Cheese is fatty but also a little healthy, but fatty at the same time.And you need to stop craving it or the fatty cheese will kick in.But if you don't eat the cheese you'll feel empty and moody probably.That's the same with me but I crave Smoothie King smoothies.24/7 for some reason.But Smoothies are healthy some I'm lucky for that.And if I don't get at least a smoothie in a day I'm moody and mad at everyone.I feel empty like I need something but it cannot be obtained………I'm sorry about the above,above comment but everyone needs to smile at least once a day,right? Probably a vitamin deficiency, zinc most likely. Find you a good multivitamin and eat some vegetables with your breakfast.
