Those are professionals who prepare our food. In return you have to pay a higher price as when you buy the items in the supermarkt and prepare it yourself! Especially when you go in a chef restaurant!
awwww, because they dip a brush into melted butter and spread it on both sides, before they cook the xtra cheese. If you were to make it at home, and you used the same amount of cheese and butter, you'd be disgusted and most likely use a LOT less. Double up on the butter and cheese and wha-la! Restaurant-style grilled cheese!
and if that doesn't work, try adding a pickle slice to the plate

Because you didn't have to make it and the grease that they already had on the grill adds flavor. Mmmm.

They dont, at least not in my opinion. Ever eat grilled cheese from a fish place? its terrible and smells like rotting fish.

cook it on a gliddle pan,
spread the butter thinly on the bread before you put it on the hot griddle pan and use 2 slices of cheese
the best grilled cheeses are from that sara lee soft and smooth bread and deli style american cheese, mmmmm good

It is the seasoning of the grill that the diner cooks on. It is also the type of butter that is used in professional diners. As for toast??????
