I dont want to hear how the fruit diets a bad idea, I just wanna know if the soy milk will ruin the cleansing effect. I hoped itd be okay cause its soy, 100% organic, and unsweetened, but idk. I only want it for my daily morning smoothie. I tried water and it was nastyy. Haha. So, will it be okay?

I don’t know about ruining your fruit diet, but I do know that eating and drinking too much soy is bad for you. Soy has a lot of estrogen in it and it can mess up your body’s balance of hormones.

I stay away from soy, it will put weight on you. Try fat free milk instead.

ignore the other answers, soy is actually really healthy and nutritious..it is also proven to lower cholesterol levels in the body! that one cup will do you only good and won’t ruin your diet!
