i don't know i wanted u to answer that for me but i ur 20 wow i don'T think ur gonna grow anymore sorry dude it is just really old to start groiwing i am not saying 20 is old but it is old to start growing . u should have thought about that when u were in ur teens
Besides plenty of calcium (milk) you also need plenty of protein (meat) and zinc (red meat, oysters, mussels and nuts) to help your potential growth and a deficiency can stunt it.
At the age of 20 most likely you have already reached your peak height as males usually stop growing at 18.
At this age, 69 inch (5′ 9″) would be right in the middle for you.
(This is how percentiles work. Let’s say you were at 10th percentile for your age, (on the graph, it’s 66 inch, which is 5′ 6″), this means 10 % of boys your age are shorter than you, and 90 % of boys your age are taller than you).
Think of it this way–we all come in different sizes. Some are taller, and some are shorter. Your friends & family love you for who you are. Good looks help, but it really do so much. It’s all inside of you that makes you the true person.
When you get to my age, you just thank god everyday that you wake up and are healthy.
So to answer your question, no, it won’t make you grow taller. But whole milk can get you fatter (if you’re not active)–so do things in moderate.
height is genetic, but yes, it would be a big help if you drink calcium. but dont drink too much milk because CALCIUM WORKS BETTER WHEN TAKEN IN SMALL AMOUNTS, like a glass of milk a day, but dont drink three. anyway, as for you, i dont know. youre 20 and maybe, just maybe, calcium wont have in you the effect it will give on smaller kids.

Sorry to say, but no. Your height is based on the genes passed down from your family and some of the environment.

Sure. If you’re young, and take about a gallon of milk eveyday.

No, but it will certainly make you wider.
