How much is a bottled water? i Heard it costs more then wine.
Also is it true Italians get meaner the further North you go? And nice the further south?
Is Sicily part of italy or a different country?
Grazie 10 pts will be given - much appreciation, ciao.

Don't worry about the bouncing off the walls - actually there's more caffeine in a percolated coffee. The further south you go the darker the roast, and the less caffeine will be in it.
Coffee costs .80 to .90 in cafès if you stand up ("al banco"), more if you sit at the table.
Bottled water costs .35 euros for a 'cold' half-litre bottle from a vending machine. Depending on the brand and store, liter-and-a-half bottles in markets are about the same price. You can have a glass of wine for .40 to .80 euros.
Depends on what you mean by 'meaner'. Do you want to be treated business-like, given short-and-to-the-point answers, and not ripped off? Go North.
You prefer sweet-talking people who amuse you and compliment you while robbing you blind? Go South.
I know I'm generalizing but so were you… the only part of Italy where people have a reputation for being 'rude' is Milan. "Per favore" e "grazie", however, will get you a long way with most people. Prepare to be frustrated with the average Italian's grasp of English.
Sicily is a part of Italy, albeit with limited autonomy.

"Will the coffee in italy have me bouncing off the walls?"
It's strong, but the cups are tiny.
"How much is a bottled water? i Heard it costs more then wine."
Bottled water might be 1 euro from a street vendor, but will cost more in a cafe. In most Italian cafes, they charge you X if you sit at the bar, 2X if you sit at a table inside, or 3X if you sit at a table outside. Having a glass of house wine at the bar might be 4 euros, while having a bottled water at a table outside might be 7.50 euros.

No. There are still cultural differences between the North and South, but like anywhere else most Italians North or South are friendly if you give them a chance.
"Is Sicily part of italy or a different country?"
It is part of Italy.
